While I respect the man somewhat for “owning up to” these charges, I find it difficult to take the apology and the acknowledgement of walking down a “long road of redemption” seriously. Be reminded that this is the same Clifford Harris that was indicted on drug charges and violated probation stemming from those charges. This isn’t a guy who is ignorant, especially as it relates to the United States Department of Corrections. With 4 Bars post today, I figured this would be a prudent addendum to our discussion today.

aight, so i'm a lil torn, but i cannot make an accurate decision on how i feel about this until i see just how TI (or TIP) changes or continues his actions. I actually think that part of his sentence being that he must speak with at risk youth about the dangers of guns and violence is a good thing, i dont think they hear it enough from people that they honestly look up to and emulate that "hey, this shit aint cool, dont do it" The kicker is, if TI tells em in private "dont shoot people, guns are bad" but his #1 single is "HURT, MURKED, PUT EM IN DA DIRT...." what are the kids really gonna get from it all? only time will tell i guess...
Yeah I gotta agree with Stuart. What sense does it make to have him telling them that guns are bad but putting something completely different out there in the music. I guess we will have to see. Right now I'm gonna try to give this man the benefit of the doubt.
